The University of Texas McCombs School of business is a nationally-ranked business school and a longstanding client of Carlberg Branding & Advertising. Most of our efforts were on social media, where we promoted the school's events and ran ads for their MS programs in addition to their traditional and satellite MBA programs.

Paid & Organic Social Media

The work we did for McCombs was done primarily via social media on behalf of their LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. Brand guidelines called for short, punchy headlines; enticing leads to generate interest with a limit of 150 characters; short, imaginative subheads; and straightforward, informative footers.

Out-of-Home

The OOH efforts made here were meant to bolster McCombs' presence in Austin and the other major Texas cities. A special emphasis was placed on major Texas airports to reach travelers laying over or vacationing in those markets, as well as residents of said areas. Imagery of the University of Texas campus in Austin in a gold-white sunset hue complements the sharp, enticing copy to trigger viewers' imaginations to lead them to envisioning themselves starting an exciting new chapter, whether as fresh college grads, or as adults returning to continue their education.
